Changzhou Xepu Precision Machinery Co., Ltd is a factory which especially produce big-middle-tonnage die castings. Our company covers an area of 40-thousand square metres. There are 500 some workers, among which about100 R&D engineers and techniques. It located at the central region of Jiangsu, connect with Wuxi to the east and join in the Changzhou in the west, near the High-speed Way, has a great advantage in the traffic environment.We have developed a whole producing line from developing moulds, die casting to the finish precion operation service. The annual production value of mould R&D arrived 10 million RMB. We at present have 20 some big-middle die-casting facility of 250 tonnage to 2000 tonnage. All central components are automatically controlled by computer and equipped with automatic fluid feeding machines as well as automatic robot pick-ups. For the precision operating, we have 40 some precidion production line and about 100 operating equipment, introduce many advanced producing and testing equipment from Korea and Itary to make sure of the quality of our products.To form a good production line and testing system.
