Founded in 2009, by Mr FengWang, Xuzhou Jiuding Forging Technology Co., Ltd (Xuzhou Jiuding Wind Power Equipment Co., Ltd) already grew into the leading manufacturer of foring parts in China with registered capital RBM 30 million and an area of 187000 square meters, including building area of 30000 square meters. Under the lead of CEO, Mr FengWang, more than 300 staffs and workers working as a team in six departments as following: Administration, Financial, Sales, R&D, Quality Control and Production. There are 26 engineers and technicians among 53 office staffs. We are a new company, but our CEO and the engineers have already engaged in this industry for more than 20 years. Certified by ISO9001:2008, ISO14001:2004 and OHSAS18000:2007, we have been authorized for import&export right and have been a member of Confederation of Chinese Metalforming Industry (CCMI). The first-phase investment involves total amount RMB 161 million and the annual production capacity is 30000-40000 tons. The estimated second-phase project with total investment amount RMB 140 million, which is planed to manufacture fully machined forgings, will be finished in 2011. By then we can produce pentahedron foring parts as large as 200 tons per piece.In order to ensure the quality, we purchased advanced large-scale equipments, such as the 5000ton blocking die forging press machine ( the first one used in Jiangsu Province), CNC ring roll D534-6300, foring manipulator(50T), QLM23-40160 CNC planer-type boring-milling machine,TK6920 CNC floor-type boring-milling machine, heating equipments and testing equipments. Our main products are various kinds of big size forging shafts and rings such as shafts of wind power energy equipments(over 1 MW), bearings used in large-scale machines, large-scale crankshafts connecting rods used in ships, large-scalehigh speed gear shafts, large-scale bearing rings. We focus on R&D, innovating, producing, processing to offer the best service to customers.Our products are widely used in wind power energy, power equipments, mining industry, presure vessel and aircraft industry.
